The BizTalk WCF Service Publishing Wizard doesn't have a supported command line interface when publishing services to work with Azure AppFabric using the AppFabric Connect Services features.

Repro Steps


When going through the publishing wizard it provides you XML at the end. You can take this XML and pass it into the it BtsWcfServicePublishing.exe command line tool to republish interfaces.

Problem is that the XML doesn't include the new AppFabric Connect Services details and the command line tool will not recreate the AppFabric Connect Services pieces.
