The BizTalk 2010 training materials seem to contain corrupted archives when trying to extract the VHDs. The contens is available here:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14865

Myself and other team members have attempted to download the archive files and cannot get all the VHDs extracted.
