Hello,

I have exposed my schema as a WCF service. My client wants to consume this service, but doesnt wants to send a SOAP action from their side( This is because they already have a live implementation and I have produced my WCF service from their schema files )

Repro Steps

1. Expose a schema as WCF service.
2. Browse the autogenerated WSDL of the WCF service in internet explorer.
3. You will see the SoapAction filled with the method name of the service.
