In BTS 2010 RTM - A schema is created that references another schema, using a type from that schema as its root node. A map is then created that references this root node in its mapping. This will deploy correctly but cause an error in the management console when it is refreshed - "Schema referenced by map xxx has been deleted". Looking at the tables in the management database, this is caused by the xx_docspec_name column in the bt_mapspec table missing the +rootnodename value. I've attached a solution to repro this issue.
