X12 service schema issue after adding BaseArtifacts.dll to references

User(s) can reproduce this bug
After reviewing various posts on this subject, the BizTalk 2010 server I am working with
is still incurring pipeline error:
An output message of the component "Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.MessageCore" in receive pipeline "BTAHL7Schemas.Pipelines.RecvPipelinev5010_277, EDI_PROCESSING, Version=22.214.171.124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a9a7aa9236f6b85a" is suspended due to the following error:
X12 service schema not found.
The sequence number of the suspended message is 1
What I did up to now:
* I have added BaseArtifacts.dll to references folder.
* re-deployed project
* refresh project on Admin console
Then tested x12 file again and received above error again.
I then restarted the BizTalk service.
And tested again, still receiving same error.
Any suggestions as to what is causing the pipeline X12 dis-assembler to throw the error ?
( Also the Biztalk build is 3.9.469.0 which is not select-able in the version drop down. )
BizTalk private build 3.9.466.0
1) Add the BaseArtifacts.dll to references folder.
( I can remove the EDI dis-assembler after adding the .dll still throws the error )
2) Rebuild project
3) Deploy to Biztalk server in my VM.
4) refresh the project
5) Test with same document
6) restarted BizTalk server
received same error again .
7) verified that the ISA and GS segments are correctly formed - checks good.
