When expanding a conversation to view replies, the white space can go on for several lines, where sometimes there is merely a paragraph break in the original items. Only one line of white space should be allowed within the Vancouver view regardless.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the "conversation" icon for most any Forum-sourced conversation.
2. Expand the posts in the thread --- it won't take long before double, triple, or even quadruple line-breaks are visible.

Actual Results

Lots of white space.

Expected Results

Abbreviated white space.
