I was trying to do a bulk copy-over of all the Azure-containing tags to the "Cloud" domain. Got an error when I tried to save.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click the "Cloud" domain, then click "Assign Tags"
2. Search for "Azure" in the tag list.
3. Select all the results, then click the ">>" button
4. Click "Save"

Actual Results

1. First appears a Message Box: "The following error occured: An error occurred while processing this request."
2. Then, a modal dialog labeled "Loading Data," showing a progress bar labeled "Saving Changes" that never progresses.

Expected Results

That it would save the changes.
