In the Filter Editor, the Data Acquisition and Dashboard checkboxes won't stay enabled. Dirk says that he thinks this is a visual bug rather than a data bug. I.e., the values are in the database, but won't persist on the site.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Filter Editor.
2. Select a filter and click Edit.
3. Enable Data Acquisition and Dashboard.
4. Click Save and then Close.
5. Select the same filter and click Edit.

Actual Results

The Data Acquisition and Dashboard values are disabled.

Expected Results

The Data Acquisition and Dashboard values should be enabled.
