When I make a change to an exisitng filter in the Filter Editor and hit "Save", I get an error that tell me an error occured.

Steps to Reproduce

Edit a filter in the Filter Editor and click "Save".

Actual Results

A message box with this error:
An error occurred while saving the Filter: An error occured while processing this request.

Expected Results

A successful save of the edited filter.
