Workaround(s)
Many of the connections use the category property on bugs / suggestions to indicate which part of the product the feedback is associated with. For example, in SQL Server, you can choose Reporting Services or Analysis Services, etc.

On the Advanced Search page (AdvancedSearch.aspx) that appears on every program to search the feedback, you do not allow people to choose the category.

Thanks Brian for the suggestion. We have received this type of request several times and are actively looking to help enhance the searching and browsing capability of feedback on Connect in our upcoming releases. We'll post any new updates to resolving this issues as soon as we have them.
