User(s) can reproduce this bug
When I enter code samples in certain textarea elements, multiple successive carriage returns are ignored / dropped once the item is saved. Sometimes these carriage returns are crucial for others to reproduce the issue.

How often does this happen?
Always Happens
Have you seen this problem before in this product?
Yes, this happens in previous released versions
Reproduction Steps
Create a new bug in the SQL Server area, and in the steps to reproduce textarea, type "foo," hit enter twice, then type "bar". When the bug is saved and then viewed, the blank line is gone. I have been working around this by placing a SQL comment ("--") at the beginning of lines that I want as visual separators, but this is tedious (and does not work if I really want a carriage return there).
If you copy the same text to the Description area before saving, you will see that the carriage returns are honored.
Expected Results
Carriage returns should be obeyed just like they are in the Description textarea.
