Unable to submit feedback to the IE8 Dashboard at https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/Feedback.

It appears that the button has been disabled or the script behind has been removed.

Reproduction Steps
Enroll and navigate to https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/Feedback

Press the BIG ORANGE FEEDBACK button on the rhs.
Nothing happens. Users are unable to post new feedback for IE8.
Expected Results
Pressing the feedback button should take the user to the IE8 Feedback form.

We are already tracking this bug via: https://connect.microsoft.com/Connect/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=492411

The Feedback button is disabled because you need to perform a search before being allowed to submit feedback on this particular Connection.

On the search results page, at the bottom of the filters there is a link to submit feedback. We know this is not discoverable enough and we have a fix for it in our December release.

There is no such link in the search result page. Nothing is under the filters.
