Reason for Submission (limited to 3000 characters):

I was directed to a webpage where I was led to believe that I would find info on my technical issue. Where I was directed seemed to set up to address technical issues generally.

Benefits of Your Submission (limited to 2000 characters):

If I receive a response, I'll try to relocate this info, and post my response. At this time, it's just too early to do that; I've only now posted my "issue"
