在 Windows 8 下安装 Windows Essential 2012，运行 Live Mail 客户端程序，发现撰写新邮件时，正文窗体下无法输入中文。

Reproduction Steps
1. 安装 windows essential 2012
2. 运行 live mail
3. 撰写新邮件
4. 在邮件正文窗体下输入中文
Expected Results
应该能正常输入中文，但却发现中文输入法被禁用，安装其他中文输入法故障一样。

Yes ,I have the same problem, in win 8 I can't write chinese text in the new message.
