Attempting to visit the "Tell us About You" link on the Office site (https://connect.microsoft.com/site1305) gives a "Page not found" error, at least for me (http://connect.microsoft.com/office/Survey/Survey.aspx?SurveyID=14997)

Reproduction Steps
1. Visit https://connect.microsoft.com/site1305
2. Click "Tell us About You"
3. Get "Page not found" error

A survey of some kind

Yes, the issue has been resolved. I have just check and filled out the form and all is good.
