Description

it takes a loading time to load anything on the site

I cannot reach it on my portable devices because it times out

my connection at the office is very fast but the thing just spins and spins

Two and a half minutes wait per page today (on my 80mbps line). :-(

I love the Connect website's features and have had great success working with the ConfigMgr product team. Unfortunately, the website is the slowest web app I have to work with regularly. While doing consulting engagements with numerous customers, when I try to show them how to get feedback to product teams, I always have to sing and dance while we wait for EVERY mouse click to load for 30 seconds.

In one two week period I went through the feedback site with 3 customers - one in Minnesota, another in Texas, and a third in California. All had blazing fast network connections. All had horrible user experiences when it came to performance.

I'm not sure what is more painful for those in the room; the singing, the dancing, or the slow web app...

it took over 15 seconds to save my previous comment, I'm in my office on the WAN, using an InPrivate session, a SpeedTest shows that my download is 95 Mbps and upload is 25 Mbps.

I agree, it just took me over 30 seconds for the My Comments page to load
