Hi Nooreddine,

Can you provide me with the URL you're trying to preview? Or if it's a local website, can you attach it to this feedback item?

Thanks,
Michelle

Is there any additional information you can provide to help troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

This exception is thrown with any site I try to launch in Superview, local or online, so it's not HTML specific.
Anyway, I will send you the bug report on Monday. (I thought I did when I filed this bug). Please keep the bug active till then.

Thank you very much for your support.

Hi again...
I have attached a zip file generated by the application.

Thank you.

Hi Nooreddine,

Thanks for the zip file - it looks like you may have some manually configured proxy settings that we are not handling correctly. Can you send a few screencaps to further help me troubleshoot? Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools->Internet Options and in the Connections tab, click on the LAN Settings button and take a screencap of this dialog. I'm guessing that you have the checkbox selected for "Use a proxy server for your LAN..." If so, can you also take a screencap of the dialog you get when you click the Advanced button?

Thanks,
Michelle

Hello,
You are correct, after removing the proxy for Lan, Firefox is now working fine again on Superview!
For your convenience, I've attached the screenshots you required.
