If I open some jQuery js file on Expression Web and input some Japanese characters like Kanji, Katakana, hiragana, etc, If I re-open the file, the Japanese parts are scrambled.

It seems like it is saved as Shift-JIS, but Expression Web is going to open the file as UTF-8.

I think it is a big problem.

We recently announced that we are discontinuing development of Expression Web. You can read the full announcement on our community page at http://msdn.microsoft.com/expression. Because this product is no longer in development, we are closing all outstanding bugs.
