Just installed and ran Web Expressions SuperPreview 4 for the first time. Purchased Expression from our PC vendor, Dell. It cannot connect to the remote browsers. Clicking the Enable remote browsers option will only (quickly) show a dialog saying "Updating the online service token" followed immediately by "Error communicating with the SuperPreview online service. Please try again later." I have tried off an on over the course of the day so it looks like there might be some other issue than just a temporary communication glitch. Please advise.
