The issues occur on Windows 8 and are not reproduced in Windows 7:
1) Internet Explorer 10 icon is used for IE8, IE9, and IE10 for "Local Browsers"
2) Rendered content is NOT as rendered in actual browsers for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, nor IE9.
3) Error presented for IE10:

An error occurred while generating a preview

Internet Explorer version was not provided.

We recently announced that we are discontinuing development of Expression Web. You can read the full announcement on our community page at http://msdn.microsoft.com/expression. Because this product is no longer in development, we are closing all outstanding bugs.

Use Windows 7. Doesn't support IE10.
