When I start Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 Screen Capture it shows warning that global Ctrl+Shift+F11 shortcut is already used.
Then, when main windows loads the list of audio devices and the combobox with web cameras list are empty.

However Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 SP2 shows my laptop web camera and microphone in its capture source settings.

Product version: 4.0.4276.0
Laptop: HP TM2T-2100 series
Audio device: IDT High Definition Audio Codec
OS: Windows 8 Enterprise Ukrainian

Bug

Install Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 SP2 4.0.4276.0 on HP TM2T-2100 laptop (possibly any laptop with IDT High Definition Audio Codec device) with Windows 8 installed.
Execute Expression Encoder 4 Screen Capture: Microphone and WebCam buttons have to be disabled
Open Settings and navigate to Audio tab: audio devices list have to be empty

We recently announced that we are discontinuing development of Expression Encoder. You can read the full announcement on our community page at http://msdn.microsoft.com/expression. Because this product is no longer in development, we are closing all outstanding bugs.
