User(s) can reproduce this bug
Customers who bought the Expression Studio 4 and Visual Studio 2012 with Software Assurance are not receiving the updated version (with ability to edit .cshtml files, use XAML2009, etc), because the Expression Studio team stopped working.

1) Start the latest version of Expression Web.
2) Stare at the "Copyright 2010 Microsoft Corporation".
3) Look at the calendar.
4) Notice a nearly 3 year discrepancy.

We recently announced that we are discontinuing development of Expression Web. You can read the full announcement on our community page at http://msdn.microsoft.com/expression. Because this product is no longer in development, we are closing all outstanding bugs.
