An error occurred while generating a preview by lasgill

When i try either using Chrome or FF using the remote browser i keep getting the following error.

An error occurred while generating a preview: Unable to read data from the transport connection.

I've tired refreshing the browser and checking the status of the remote browsers and the website says both are up and running. But i still keep getting this error no matter what web site i got to.
