Please implement CSS Selectors Level 3.

Although it's currently in Working Draft status because the hard to implement ::selection was posponed to Level 4, it'll likely become a Recommendation before IE 9 will be released.

I want to enrich a document with style by adding as less additional markup as possible.

CSS Selectors Level 3 are implemented in release builds of Opera and Safari as well as in development builds of Firefox 3.5, which is to be released this year.
As a result, this feature is already used on the web.
