When I cloese in Windows 7 Tab with Aero Tab Preview, the closed Tab doesn't shows up in the "last closed tabs" at the new-tab-page or in the context menu -> recently closed tabs.

Yes, this issue is reproduced in IE8 RTW.

Please try to reproduce this issue in No Add-ons mode and answer the following 2 questions. You can find the No Add-ons shortcut under All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).  Click here for more information.

On Windows 7 Ultimate x64:

(Windows 7 is above as OS not listed)
1) Open a few websites in IE
2) Click in the Superbar/Taskbar at the IE-Icons and close within the preview window an IE Tab.
3) Open the new-tab-page and you'll notice, that the closed tab, doesn't shows up as recently closed tab.

IE8 should notice, that within the Aero Tab Preview a tab was closed and add the closed Tab to the recently-clsed-tabs-list.

IE8 doesn't notice, when a Tab was closed by the Aero Tab Preview.
