iFrame problems: vertical scrollbar and resizing by Real McCoy

Description

In IE10 RP on Windows 7, the iFrame is not showing vertical scrollbar.

The first iframe has html code which is overflown its size, but the vertical scrollbar is missing and it is not resizable.


In IE9, IE10RTM (win8) and other browsers, the iframe has vertical scrollbar and the cursor will let you resize it if you move it to the separator area.

We are currently unable to reproduce this issue as described. All browsers tested including IE10Win7, IE10Win8, FF, Chrome and Safari allowed for resizing of the frames but none of the browsers had a vertical scrollbar as the Javascript did not include the scrolling functionality.
