Description

Hi,

I've upgraded to IE10 for win7. When I login to OWA for exchange 2010, I notice I can't drag and drop emails into any folders. I also upgraded the Exchange Server 2010 to SP3 but the issue was not solved.

There are a lot of thread in Internet reporting the same issue.

The problem seems to be only with I.E 10 and Win7. Any other browsers, such I.E 7,8, 9 or Firefox and Chrome is working perfectly .

Here is a link about the problem in Exchange 2010 forum without a solution until now (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/7b305d16-654a-470b-a89a-f0f9aedf409b).

How can I solve the problem?

Thanks!

Thanks!

Hi,

I've restored the default settings and added the owa (intranet address) to trusted but the problem persist. I change the security level for trusted site to low (just for tests) but the problem was not solved.

Could you reproduce this issue?

This just happen on Windows 7.

Thanks

Thank you for your feedback.

-Please go to Internet Options>Security>Internet Zone and set it to default level then restart IE.
-If problem persists, add the address for OWA to the trusted sites list and restart IE

This issue sometimes arises because of increased IE10 security and non-default settings in the IE configuration.

We value your feedback.
