Description

I use phpMyAdmin, which uses framesets, to maintain the databases on my websites. Ever since my Windows 7 OS upgraded me to IE 10 from IE 9 I have noticed that the time to render frameset pages has become much, much slower. I click on a link in one pane which is supposed to build a new page in another frame, and nothing happens. I have tried waiting up to 60 seconds for a response, but still nothing. The only way I can view these pages is to switch to Firefox where the response is always immediate.
