Description

1)Since installation of IE11, the tab for Outlook when open, the spinning wheel appears to the left of the Outlook tab but never stops as if it has not completely loaded. Don't know why it won't stop.

2)When using IE11 for Yahoo, unable to load or use the Bing Bar although it is there. It is unclicked in the right click drop down list of tabs and will not change if I click on it. Have tried to reload the Bing Bar but I get a notice that I don't have the proper edition of IE.

3) In the far right double arrow next to Tools, there are 4 different programs (including Last Pass and Skype to call) but clicking on them does nothing. Last Pass will not load passwords in visiting sites.
