Description

after opening the browser, when we open the developer tools, it starts to hang.
The developer tools require more attention.

also when i click on ' about internet explorer ', it shows the box in the middle of the screen but the option is still selected. and it remains on the screen while doing different works.

After investigating further, it turns out that this issue is a duplicate of Feedback #801633. We're still investigating the issue against our latest internal builds.

For troubleshooting this issue I will need you to gather the following information.

Locate iediagcmd.exe in
1. C:\Program Files(x86)\Internet Explorer if you are using 64 bit Windows
2. C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer if you are using 32 bit Windows
b. Run iediagcmd.exe, this will open a black command window and this window gets closed by itself after few minutes.
c. You should find a IEDiag.cab file on your desktop.
d. Attached the file to the connect bug.

4.    Dxdiag report.
a.     On Start menu , type dxdiag.exe - click to run. (mouse over bottom left corner of the screen, right click, select run, type dxdiag and press OK.
b.     Save all information to the Desktop.
c.    Attached the file to the connect bug.

5.    Please make sure your Operating System and Internet Explorer 11 are updated to the latest version available on Windows update.

Please generate an IEDiag report. You can create a report by selecting "Send Feedback" from the IE Tools Menu.
