Description

Windows 8 64-bit
Internet Explorer Desktop 10.0.9200.16688

I've noticed that it's possible for an incorrect SSL certificate (certificate from a previous visited site) to show for a https RSS feed in the Internet Explorer address bar, instead of the SSL certificate for the RSS feed's domain name.
