I'm using IE11 in a maximized window state always. On a specific website, when using CTRL+mouse wheel to zoom in and out, suddenly at one point, the whole IE11 window is being resized. I haven't seen this on other sites, but I don't use zooming too often.

Interestingly, when another tab is also open, this does not seem to happen.

I have a Logitech G400s mouse with the Logitech Gaming software 8.51.5 installed. I use 600dpi settings with 125 mouse report/second.

I have that exact version you mentioned, but the fault still happens on the reported website, exactly the same way :(
