Description

Using Group Policy to apply the restriction to "Turn off Developer tools"

Start>Run>GPEdit.msc>User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Internet Explorer>Toolsbars>Turn off Developer Tools

only disables the Command Bar button and the F12 keyboard shortcut..... Users can still access the Dev Tool from the context menu or the Tools menu. Kiosk applications that require restricted user access to navigate the web, could be compromised.... allowing user inspection of internal links.
