Description

I have three desktops, all running 64-bit W-7 (mix of Pro and HP). Two are running IE10 and one is running IE11. All have current updates. All have had their "Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Make text and other items larger or smaller" set to Medium because my vision is not great. All monitors are 4:3 ratio displays.

If I start IE11, go to "Favorites -> Organize favorites", and look at the pushbuttons at the bottom of the dialog (New Folder, Move, Rename, Delete, Close), I see that the font size is smaller than expected, in other words, these widgets are ignoring the preference setting.

Please fix this bug.
