Thanks for the feedback. Sorry it took us so long to get back to you. Try the new version of the SDK here: https://connect.microsoft.com/Phoenix/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=11507. I'm sure the samples build correctly with VC++ express 2008!
