Hi,
I am not sure if this is feasiable or not but it would be
great if PE Explorer could analyze native binaries too.

Thanks for giving us feedback! This is a known issue that we will fix in the next release of the SDK. It will have native binary capability. The next release will be within ~3 months - it's not yet fully scheduled out.
