If there are multiple powershell Tabs, Control+Tab will cycle between them. However, if there is only one, focus is removed from that one, putting it in a dead-end.

Have you seen this problem before in this product?

No, this is new to the most recent version
Reproduction Steps
1) Open ISE
2) Put focus in the command window (Control+D)
3) Hit Control+Tab
Expected Results
If there is only one powershell tab, focus and the cursor should stay there.

If there are multiple, it should cycle between the tabs (this seems to work already).
