User(s) can reproduce this bug
After a while of using PowerShell_ISE, the Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut stops working. What is odd is that nothing short of a reboot fixes the problem.
How often does this happen?
Have you seen this problem before in this product?
I don't know if this issue existed previously
Fire up PowerShell_ISE on Windows 8 (not sure if this matters - I also have VS 2012 installed) and use PowerShell_ISE until the Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut stops working.
The keyboard shortcut should never stop working.

For me this has never happened before I started to use Notepad++.
Now I can reproduce the issue: if I simply start Notepad++ then Ctrl+X won't work in ISE, when I close Notepad++ the Ctrl+X starts working again, without restarting ISE.

PS 4 with Windows 8.1 still has this issue. I can reproduce it on PS 3.0 on Windows 8, Windows 2008 and PS 4.0 on Windows 8.1.

Also seeing Ctrl-C failing randomly. Very annoying and makes the ISE unusable for me.

This is a very annoying bug ... copy/paste and cut/paste

Ctrl-C also fails. Right Clicking and choosing Copy causes ISE to crash and reopen.
