Please port the fallback mecanism for the Help System for legacy plateforms (Win7 and Server 2008/R2) as you did with the release of QFE for W8/WS2012 for this issue on 11/13 which was included in the Cumulative Update at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2758246.
