User(s) can reproduce this bug
This should speak for itself:
PS > get-help about_switch -online
get-help : The online version of this Help topic cannot be displayed because the Internet address (URI) of the Help topic is not specified in the
command code or in the help file for the command.
At line:1 char:1
+ get-help about_switch -online
+ CategoryInfo : InvalidOperation: (:) [Get-Help], PSInvalidOperationException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : InvalidOperation,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.GetHelpCommand
How often does this happen?
Have you seen this problem before in this product?
Yes, this happens in previous released versions

Why would there be no support for -Online viewing of about_topic items? Seems inconsistent to me ... and if anything should have consistency throughout, it's the help system.

Let this be a request to enable -Online support for about_ help topics.

-Online only works for cmdlets. Also, not all cmdlets support -Online. Support is added on a per-cmdlet basis. However, we are trying to add -Online support for more cmdlets over time.

-Online switch is only supported for cmdlet help topics, not for about_ help topics.
