The letters "c" and "c with cedilla" should be equal on accent incensitive collations

We are using SQL_Latin1_CP1_CI_AI collation. With SQL_Latin1_CP1_CI_AI collation (and all "accent incensitive" collations), a letter with and without an accent are considered equal in comparisons. …

Activity Monitor open connections becomes Ouvrir Transactions in the french version

In the french version of Activity Monitor, the column "Open Transactions" becomes "Ouvrir Transactions" but should be translated as "Transactions ouvertes".
