Issue when installing SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 Beta

User(s) can reproduce this bug
When trying to install the SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 Beta. I receive an error message: "Setup Error: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is not found" and the installation fails. I have Visual Studio Team System 2008 installed and am running Version 9.0.21022.8 RTM.
Any Ideas ?

Windows Vista 64-bit

Steps to Reproduce
Run SSCEVSTools-ENU.exe from Windows Explorer as administrator.
I receive an error dialogue box with the following text "Setup Error: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is not found". The installation then fails

Bug resolved on 3/24/2008, but I have instalation fails too.
In which version this bug is fixed?

I have the exact same problem trying to install on windows 2008 server. Any help solving the issue is deeply appreciated!

We tried to repro the issue on a Windows Vista installation on a 64-bit machine and have not been able to do so. Can you please confirm whether you installed Visual Studio 2008 in the default folder or in a custom folder?
