Description

Can we support a syntax "create or replace object" rather than "if lookup(catalog) delete objct; create object" like oracle for SQL Server objects in DDL?

Thankyou for this request.

However, there's another request for the same feature, already "in-the-system". So I am closing this one as a duplicate of that earlier request - VSTF#225701, PS#635700, FEEDBACK#127219 (yep, just one bug, but 3 tracking databases!)

This feature is near the top of our todo list for the upcoming release. It is one of the most-voted-for features.

Thanks,

Jim
