SQL Utility Database

User(s) can reproduce this bug
I setup a SQL Utility Control Point server and the creation of the repository database is not where I expected the database to be.
SQL Server 2008 R2 August CTP
Tools (SSMS, Agent, Profiler, etc.)
Windows Server 2003 (all x64 editions)
Operating System Language
Steps to Reproduce
Run the "Create SQL Server Utility Control Point" Wizard.
The repository database is created in system database folder not the default database folder.
The repository database will grow very large, and we don't have the space needed in the folder where the system databases live. The repository database should be treated like a application database and live in the Server Properties, Database Settings, Database default locations. Or allow me to direct the database to a special folders at the time of creation. See the attached document.
