Question is Regarding Data Collector ( Mangament Data Warehouse).
Though MDW Collects Data from Multiple Instances , there is no Option in GUI to View Report of Mutiple Servers from the Same Instance where MDW Exists .

We have to login to each Server to view the Data of each Instance . Rather it would be good if the Server where MDW Resides should have the Capability of View all the Data in the MDW of All Instances.

Aravinda,

You can follow the steps listed in our team blog article http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlagent/archive/2012/09/04/data-collector-overview-report-for-multiple-instances.aspx

You can view this report by following these steps
1) Open SQL Server management Studio, Connect to SQL Server instance that is hosting Management data warehouse database (MDW)

2) Right click on MDW database, Select Menu
Reports -> Management DataWarehouse -> Management Datawarehouse overview

3) On right pane you will see a report that list all the instances that upload collected data to this MDW.
for each instance, you can launch the hyperlinks for reports that lets you view data collected by system collection sets

Thanks
