Description

According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff487051.aspx, there is only 1 system administrator account. What happens when that person goes on vacation? Changing the system administrator account is not a feasible way to handle this. Only having 1 administrator account also prevents shift / on-call support of the service.

Hi Buddy,

Thanks for the feedback. We have addressed this issue in the next version of SQL Server Master Data Services. For SQL Server 2012 MDS, please use the workaround documented here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff487048.aspx
