Workaround(s)
When publishing a data set using the data hub, every table and column is selected "by default". It will rarely be the case that I want to publish every single table and column in a single dataset in the hub and it is very time consuming to de-select all the ones I don't want.

I recommend the following:

1. Don't select any tables or rows by default.
2. Provide the ability to select/deselect all.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on a new user experience for future releases, where the process of selecting tables will be much better.
