Steps to Reproduce

After clicking sign-in we get a page not found error with a URL: http://dataportal.clouddatahub.net/embedded/consent/?x_scope=http://dataportal.cloudatahub.net&X_required_offers=default/ValidationTest_10_22_7_29PM <http://dataportal.clouddatahub.net/embedded/consent/?x_scope=http://dataportal.cloudatahub.net&X_required_offers=default/ValidationTest_10_22_7_29PM>

after clicking the URL we get:
Error while processing request
