Datasync - The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint by szenasy

Could you please shed some light on this issue. The issue was reproduced and faulted both on two hub databases (each with a fresh schema only of the source db).

Will be going through the same steps today with a new schema to see if the same issue persist.
Did not have this issue with the BETA environment that uses the same schema as the one used here making this a confusing scenario.
