Workaround(s)
When Power View reports are created in Excel 2013 and the xlsx document is uploaded to SharePoint, the reports should be extrcated and added to the library.

Proposed Solution

When an Excel 2013 document containing a PowerPivot model and Power View report(s) is published, extract the reports from the documents and publish them to the library.
